Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) is a chiropractic technique that corrects the structure of your spine and skeletal system at its root, rather than adjusting the same joints repeatedly without lasting change. Dr. Bain uses ABC as the foundation of care at SpringBack Chiropractic.
Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are unsure whether your plan is accepted, give us a call at (623) 226-7527 and we will be happy to check for you before your first visit.
Your first visit includes a full structural evaluation with Dr. Bain, a review of your health history, and a care plan built specifically around what's causing your symptoms -- structural, nutritional, or emotional. Call (623) 226-7527 or send an appointment request through our website.
Traditional adjustments often relieve symptoms temporarily because they don't address why a misalignment happened in the first place. ABC evaluates your posture and skeletal structure as a whole system and corrects the underlying structural shift, so results tend to hold longer between visits.
It depends on how long the misalignment has been present and how your body responds to correction. Dr. Bain builds your care plan after your first structural evaluation, based on what he finds -- not a one-size-fits-all schedule. Most patients start with more frequent visits while the correction holds, then move to a maintenance schedule as their structure stabilizes.
Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive method Dr. Bain uses to evaluate how well your organs and systems are functioning and whether nutritional deficiencies or imbalances may be contributing to your symptoms. It's part of SpringBack's whole-body approach, alongside structural correction -- addressing the body's chemistry, not just its alignment.
Emotion Code and Body Code are techniques Dr. Bain uses to identify and release trapped emotional patterns that can show up as physical tension and stress in the body. At SpringBack, this work is offered alongside structural care because physical, nutritional, and emotional factors are all considered connected parts of your overall health.
Class IV cold laser therapy uses targeted light energy to support the body's natural healing response in soft tissue, joints, and areas of inflammation. It's a non-invasive add-on to structural care that Dr. Bain may recommend for specific injuries or slow-healing areas, based on your evaluation.
Endonasal correction is a gentle technique that addresses structural balance in the cranial and nasal area, which can be connected to headaches, sinus pressure, and jaw tension for some patients. Dr. Bain evaluates whether this technique fits your care plan as part of your initial structural exam.
SpringBack Chiropractic works with patients dealing with low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, herniated discs, scoliosis, carpal tunnel, shoulder and knee pain, sports injuries, and more. Because ABC targets the root structural cause rather than just the symptom, the same foundational correction often supports several of these conditions at once. Visit our Conditions page for the full list, or call us to ask about your specific situation.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time to another patient. A valid card is kept on file, and appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. See our full Payment Policies page for details.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in -- Dr. Bain will need to observe your posture and range of motion during your structural evaluation. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of current medications or prior imaging (X-rays, MRI) if applicable. Arriving a few minutes early lets you finish any paperwork before your evaluation.
SpringBack Chiropractic is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00am-1:00pm and 3:00pm-5:30pm. We're closed Friday through Sunday. You can send an appointment request through our website or call us at (623) 226-7527, and our team will help you find a time that works.
